I founded All Together Now in 2019 to work differently — with more clarity, more intention, and a deeper understanding of how leadership actually works inside growing organizations.

Most advisors have seen the work from one side of the table. I've led it from all of them — as the agency partner, the brand leader, the CMO, and the founder and C-suite advisor. That full-circle perspective, built over 20+ years at agencies like Mother New York, brands like Calvin Klein and Chobani, and founder-led companies navigating their next stage of growth, is what I bring to every engagement.

Today my work sits at the intersection of marketing consulting and leadership coaching — two disciplines that, in my experience, are inseparable. Strategy without human alignment stalls. Leadership without commercial grounding drifts. I work at the place where both come together.

In March 2026, I completed a Graduate Certificate in Organizational and Leadership Coaching from Northwestern University, formalizing a dimension of my work I've long practiced. Alongside my background in marketing leadership, my training in coaching, yoga, and meditation informs how I show up: grounded, direct, and deeply attentive to both people and outcomes.

I do my best work when stakes are high and clarity is needed — when leaders need a trusted partner who can see the whole system, say the thing that needs to be said, and help move the work forward.

I grew up in Milwaukee, spent 20+ years building my career across Boston, London, New York, and Austin, and then came home. Today I work with founders and executive teams across the US and globally — bringing a perspective shaped by some of the world's most demanding creative and commercial environments.

Background

  • Alexandra (Alex) Stankiewicz Krems is a marketing consultant, fractional Chief Marketing Officer, and certified leadership coach with more than 20 years of experience built across the creative and commercial hubs of Boston, London, New York City, and Austin. Today, based in her hometown of Milwaukee, she serves as a strategic advisor and trusted thought partner to founders and executive teams across the US and globally.

    A Milwaukee native and alumna of Divine Savior Holy Angels High School, Alex left home to earn a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Boston University's College of Communication — completing internships at Modernista! in Boston, Mother London, and Arnold Worldwide before beginning her career. She spent the next two decades in some of the world's most demanding creative and commercial environments: leading global campaigns at Mother New York for brands including Stella Artois and Johnson & Johnson; holding senior and executive marketing roles at Chobani, Calvin Klein, and Aloha; and advising founder-led companies through her consultancy, All Together Now, since 2019. In March 2026, she completed a Graduate Certificate in Organizational and Leadership Coaching from Northwestern University — formalizing a dimension of her work she has long practiced.

    Known as a "whole-brain thinker," Alex has always worked at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and human dynamics. She is often brought in when stakes are high and alignment is strained — when organizations need someone who can see the whole system, hold the honest conversation, and help move the work forward with clarity and confidence.

    Beyond her professional work, Alex has been a committed volunteer and mentor since 1991, supporting socioeconomically disadvantaged individuals and empowering women and girls through organizations including She Runs It, Dress for Success, and the Lower East Side Girls Club of New York. She currently serves as a board member of Schlitz Audubon Nature Center in Milwaukee.

    A certified teacher of yoga and meditation — with multiple immersive trainings completed since 2017 — Alex brings a grounded, presence-based approach to everything she does. The same discipline and curiosity that shape her professional work also show up in her personal pursuits: she is a finisher of over a dozen road and trail running half marathons, an avid hiker and cyclist, a global traveler, and a proud stepmother to three boys.
