Hi, I’m Alex
I founded All Together Now in 2019 to work differently—with more clarity, more intention, and a deeper understanding of how leadership actually works inside growing organizations.
Over the past 20+ years, I’ve held senior marketing leadership roles across creative agencies, global consumer brands, and founder-led companies. I’ve been in the boardroom, at the agency table, and inside fast-moving teams where decisions carry real weight. What I’ve seen again and again is this: progress accelerates when leaders are aligned—with themselves, with each other, and with what truly matters.
That kind of alignment doesn’t happen by accident. It requires clear thinking, honest conversations, and steady leadership—especially during moments of growth, transition, or pressure.
Today, my work sits at the intersection of leadership coaching and marketing consulting. I partner closely with founders, CMOs, and executive teams as a coach and strategic advisor—helping leaders navigate complexity, make better decisions, and build momentum that lasts. Sometimes that means guiding the human dynamics behind the work; sometimes it means shaping strategy, structure, or brand direction. Often, it’s both.
In March 2026, I complete a Graduate Certificate in Organizational and Leadership Coaching from Northwestern University, formalizing a dimension of my work I’ve long practiced. Alongside my background in marketing leadership, my training in coaching, yoga, and meditation informs how I show up: grounded, direct, and deeply attentive to both people and outcomes.
I do my best work when stakes are high and clarity is needed—when leaders need a trusted partner who can see the whole system, say the thing that needs to be said, and help move the work forward.
Let’s name what matters and move—all together now.

Alexandra (Alex) Stankiewicz Krems is a marketing consultant, fractional Chief Marketing Officer, and leadership coach with more than 20 years of experience built in the creative and commercial hubs of Boston, London, New York City, and Austin. Her career spans top creative agencies, global consumer brands, and founder-led companies, and today—based in her hometown of Milwaukee—she serves as a strategic advisor and trusted thought partner to founders and executive teams locally and globally.
Her professional path includes agency leadership at Mother New York, where she led global campaigns for brands such as Stella Artois and Johnson & Johnson; senior in-house roles including Director of Marketing at Chobani, Vice President of Global Marketing at Calvin Klein; and Chief Marketing Officer at Aloha. Since founding All Together Now in 2019, Alex has provided senior-level marketing leadership and strategic counsel to privately owned companies ranging from early-stage startups to organizations exceeding $100M in revenue.
Across these roles, Alex has worked at the intersection of brand, growth, and leadership—helping organizations navigate scale, change, and complexity without losing clarity, cohesion, or culture. Known as a “whole-brain thinker,” she blends rigorous business strategy with creative vision and emotional intelligence, and is often brought in when stakes are high, alignment is strained, or leadership teams need both direction and trust to move forward. Whether working on-site with leadership teams in the Midwest or advising clients across the U.S. and abroad, her focus remains the same: building momentum that is both commercially effective and deeply sustainable.
In 2026, Alex will complete a Graduate Certificate in Organizational and Leadership Coaching from Northwestern University, formalizing a dimension of her work she has long practiced—supporting founders and senior leaders as they navigate growth, decision-making, and the human dynamics that come with scale and transformation.
Alex began her career while earning a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Boston University’s College of Communication, completing internships at Modernista!, Mother London, and Arnold Worldwide. She currently serves as a board member and is active in women’s professional organizations. A lifelong volunteer and mentor, she has been committed since 1991 to supporting socioeconomically disadvantaged individuals and empowering women and girls. She is also a certified teacher of yoga and meditation, has completed multiple immersive trainings since 2017, and brings a grounded, presence-based approach to leadership. A global traveler and endurance runner, Alex brings the same discipline, curiosity, and resilience to her professional work that have shaped her personal pursuits.
