Meet Greg

Hello!

Business transformation leader and executive coach with 40+ years of experience, guiding individuals and organizations through complexity — from start-ups to $50B global enterprises — with clarity, trust, and results that work in practice, not just on paper.

  • Having led individuals and organizations through more than 40 business transformations—from non-profits, to privately held companies, to $50B global public enterprises—Greg Wall has navigated just about every business complexity: start-ups, turnarounds, restructurings, joint ventures, strategic alliances, acquisitions, and divestitures.

During that time, he has contributed to and learned from the growth and evolution of people and divisions in diverse sectors globally, including private equity, US and European corporations, privately held companies, and nonprofits.

His experience is complemented by an engineering degree from the Pennsylvania State University, an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business, the Strategic Leadership Program at the Center for Creative Leadership in Colorado Springs, and a year-long graduate certificate program in Organizational Leadership and Coaching as part of Northwestern University's MS in Learning and Organizational Change.

He has excelled by engaging and aligning with all levels of the organization, across diverse verticals, from the plant floor to the C-suite, building trust and buy-in to ensure transformations that don't just look good on paper—they work in practice.
