Pamela Pollak is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist and leadership coach with nearly two decades of experience helping leaders and organizations grow with intention. Her career spans roles at United Airlines, MGM Resorts International, and Hertz, where she has worked closely with senior leaders to shape culture, develop talent, and strengthen organizational performance.
Known for blending a “PhD brain” with real-world business experience, Pam brings both rigor and practicality to her work. She offers an insider perspective from years working within HR and leadership teams, helping clients cut through complexity, see patterns clearly, and translate insight into meaningful action.
Her coaching is grounded in a simple belief: how we lead is deeply connected to how we live. After navigating her own experience of disconnection and realignment, she became a Mayo Clinic–trained wellness coach and completed Northwestern University’s Organizational and Leadership Coaching Certificate (OLCC).
In addition to her corporate work, Pam teaches undergraduate students and coaches leaders across career stages, helping them align who they are with how they lead. -

Working with Pam is both grounding and clarifying. She creates a space where you can step back, think more clearly, and focus on what actually matters.
She listens closely and brings forward patterns and observations that help you see situations from a different perspective. Her questions are thoughtful and thought-provoking, helping you move from overthinking to forward movement.
What stands out most is her ability to balance insight with practicality. Conversations don’t stay theoretical—you leave with a clearer understanding of what’s getting in your way and what to do next.
Over time, clients describe showing up with more confidence and leading in ways that feel more intentional and aligned.
