We are a collective of coaches and consultants, all graduates of Northwestern University’s Organizational and Leadership Coaching program, united by a shared commitment to thoughtful, human-centered leadership.

Our work often begins in what many leaders recognize as limbo—the space between what has been and what’s next. It’s a place of uncertainty, transition, and possibility, where familiar ways of working no longer fit and the path forward isn’t yet clear.
